donFIRST TRIMESTER: This is the most crucial time of the pregnancy because this is where the foundation of the pregnancy is laid. The fetus will be completely formed in eight weeks. The mother must train as if she were about to run a marathon in nine months.

SECOND TRIMESTER: The upper lumbars innervate the ovaries, which will be providing much of the
hormones sustaining the pregnancy until the placenta is formed. Another area that can cause problems is at
the sacroiliac joints. This occurs because of the presence of the hormone, relaxin. Relaxin causes all joints to become loose and the SI joints tend to be highly affected. You will usually get a secondary subluxation
in the thoracic region due to the changes in posture from the increase in breast tissue. The thoracic region is
the area between your shoulders.

PRENATAL VITAMINS: The choice of food and supplements during this time will greatly determine the
outcome of your pregnancy and the overall health of the baby. In order to construct a beautiful perfect, little
person, you need the proper building materials..
The most common complaints during pregnancy are nausea and fatigue. A good source of vitamin B-6 is very effective in eliminating this standard complaints.

RED RASPBERRY: This herb is also effective in reducing nausea.

BLESSED STINGING THISTLE: Thistle is high in vitamin K, which makes it helpful in preventing
hemorrhoids.

THIRD TRIMESTER:  It is very important at this time to maintain your neurological system. That is why regular appointments will help you have a more pain-free pregnancy. If you have any questions feel free to call our office and talk to the doctor.
